Yesterday Hubs put up a shelf for me in Art Room looks very nice! I can assure you that any amount of storage that is put in place, I will still create a mess, drives Hubs mad!:D I say to him I am an Artist it is a room of Creativity! so I will am bound to create a little mess :O !!!!Tuesday 24 February 2009
Looking for a mat!
I have spent the last few days trying to find a mat to embroider on. I am trying to find some that are the same or similar as the previous ones I have worked on as above,but to no avail! If someone knows where I can get them from can you let me know thanks. In the meantime I am working on another hand drawn pattern piece, and knitting the blue blanket. I have now fully completed the other blanket (left) by adding tassels, very effect.

Extreme Knitting!
So many balls of wool need to be kept in a bag. Using odd balls of wool in various colours. 3O stiches were cast on at one point I had 37 ahh, so got Mum to help! great Knitter! Now back to 30 need to keep checking though :). My son and niece were sat on sofa with this over them as I was knitting keeping them very warm:D.

I am making a blanket in between my other creations, using 10 strands of wool. this is my first attempt and the colours look lovely . Very thick and warm.

Angel work in progress, this has taken a while to complete as I was not sure what to do for the wings. I was going to use feathers but this was to easy. I wanted something that would take time like my drawings do. So I decided to whole punch silver glitter paper, this creates a layered effect which is working well. Just taking a long time but i enjoy it , I'm blessed with patience:).

Be Positive
There seems to be a lot of unhappy people around me at the mo ! Just wanted to send out love peace and happiness and healing to those Baba Sis x and Hubs x and those I don't know. It can be very trying at times but you can get through this.
